What makes it into the PDF
Headings, normal paragraphs, bullets, numbered lists, and simple tables are drawn into a PDF in this tab. SmartArt, macros, comments, and some embedded objects drop or simplify. That is a real gap versus desktop Word's Save as PDF — I would use Word itself if the file is full of diagrams.

Portal filename rules (Naukri, college, exam sites)
Portals often reject the file for the name, not the PDF. I rename before download: short, no spaces, no extra dots.
- •Prefer resume_naukri.pdf or rollno_assignment.pdf over My Resume Final (2).pdf.
- •Skip & and % in the name — some upload scripts break on those.
- •If the portal caps size (often 200–500 KB for photos, 1–2 MB for CVs), compress images inside Word first, or run Compress PDF after.
- •This tool does not add a watermark. If a site still rejects the PDF, it is usually size or the .doc you uploaded by mistake.
